I honestly could not imagine that pressure in a time when our bodies already feel so foreign and empty - having just given birth. Are arms are full but are bodies are so far from fully being healed.

In my family the pressure was to leave the hospital in your pre pregnancy clothes…this is insane. Zip up your jeans and get going.
